The Team and Role:
In today’s increasingly digitized world, serial numbers play a vital role across our extended supply chain, from manufacturing to the final consumer. As a Serialization / Unit Traceability Intern, you’ll join our Transparency program to help enhance unit-level visibility (serialization) in modern consumer electronics supply chains. Working closely with experts and stakeholders, your focus will be improving serialization methods to align with global best practices, enhancing training materials for suppliers, warehouses, customers, and internal users, and delivering impactful training sessions. You’ll also play a crucial role in performance management by developing and refining metrics to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of serialization data.

- Contribute to our counterfeit protection program in partnership with the world’s largest e-commerce company.
- Enhance and optimize our serialization methods, ensuring they align with global best practices.
- Improve and update training materials for suppliers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams, ensuring they are clear, effective, and impactful.
- Lead training sessions based on the materials you create, empowering stakeholders with critical knowledge.
- Play a role in performance management by developing and refining metrics to ensure serial data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Support the master data setup and improvement, ensuring data integrity across the supply chain.
Key Qualifications:

- Confident communicator with a proactive approach and a strong voice for your ideas.
- Enthusiastic about exploring various aspects of supply chain management.
- Capable of integrating the latest supply chain insights and offering fresh perspectives.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Deeply curious about the dynamic and ever-evolving supply chain landscape.
- Focused on understanding and delivering business value across the end-to-end value chain.
- Skilled in conducting thorough and effective research.
- Currently pursuing a (technical) education with a focus or interest in supply chain or logistics.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
